Failure to comply with the following rules may result in warning points, temporary restrictions, or a permanent ban.

• Do not create or use multiple accounts.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• Do not attempt to evade a ban. If you wish to appeal a ban, you must create a support ticket.
• Do not engage in hacking, infecting, phishing, or scamming other members.
• Do not post fake giveaways.
• Do not impersonate other members.
• Do not participate in blackhat activities such as hacking, fraud, or leaking personal or private information.
• Do not sell maliciously or illegally obtained goods.
• Do not intentionally steal from, harm, or misuse any member of the forum. Respect all NF members.
• Do not proxy sell for banned members. Proxy selling is only allowed for off-site individuals and unbanned members.
• Do not advertise or promote other forum websites.
• Do not bully, harass, or threaten other members.
• Do not discuss harming NF or its members.
• Do not post or sell fake programs or services.
• Do not sell fake, public, or leaked methods or exploits.
• Do not misuse or abuse the report system.
• Do not misuse or abuse the reputation system, including asking for reputation, rep-for-rep, gang repping, inappropriate comments, or buying/selling reputation. Always follow the Reputation Policy.
• Do not misuse or abuse the vouch system, including asking for or buying/selling vouches.
• Do not portray yourself as an official middleman unless explicitly approved by the NF forum team.
• Do not engage in low-quality content such as spamming, sales trashing, mass tagging, cross-posting, asking for loans, racism, adult or shocking content, character evading, or misleading thread titles.
• Do not use third-party tools, scripts, or automation to post or auto-reply to threads.
• Do not post tools or programs outside their designated sections.
• Do not post marketplace threads in incorrect sections.
• Do not spam posts with "bump" messages. Use the manual or automatic thread bumping system instead (see Thread Bumping Documentation).
• English is the only permitted language on the forum.
• When vouching for Bits, ensure the deal value is at least $10.
• Do not sell tools or programs unless you own the source code and/or resale rights.

User Agreement

By registering and using NF, you agree to the following terms:

• Adhere to our Terms of Service.
• Adhere to our Privacy Policy.
• Adhere to our Disallowed Blackhat Activity Policy.
• NF is not responsible for any on-site or off-site deals. Always exercise caution when engaging in transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, regardless of any prior purchases.
• For deal disputes, use the designated Deal Disputes section instead of contacting staff directly.
